Clothing and architecture are interconnected and engaged in a primeval relationship in which the original principle of clothing has influenced architecture.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Gottfried Semper

In Primeval RelationshipI the artist covers the walls and floor of the gallery with four hand-woven carpets and with their elongated fringes. This references 19th-century theories on the origins of architecture and the importance of textiles and woven carpets in the production of space.
